Pulp Girl Designs is a one woman design venture by Judy Tobar, a New York based designer. Judy works full time as a web/graphic designer at a place she has to wear dress pants. She used to work at an art gallery focusing on websites and photography where she could wear jeans.

She collects 1950's-60's pulp novels (get it? oh, so droll!) and enjoys pizza, video games, bollywood movies, crushing dry leaves and making cute caricatures in illustrator.
